    I read your article in the REM issue #247 in regards to the Real Estate Slogans.
    I found your critiques interesting and I would like to give you a shot at my slogan and your opinion would be appreciated. I’ve been using the slogan in all of my materials for many years, but some how I feel that I could do more with it.
    I’ve been a full time Rep. for 22 years and have serviced the same area for the past 18 years.
    My slogan is “Your Advantage In Real Estate”.

    Hello Mr. Blaney,

    I am a Realtor in Greensboro North Carolina, and I work for a major new home builder. I am having a realtor luncheon on the 18th of August. My goal for this event is to have agents come to my community and so they can see my community, see my homes and give them information about the builder. Many of my co-workers have had similiar events and they get no results. I want to do something different than having a drawing or a scavenger hunt. I want to do something that will be memorable to them so they will remember me, my community and my homes. The luncheon will be catered and it will be a luau theme. It will be in the afternoon, that is the best time in this area to get the most participation. Can you please give me some ideas to make this a success?

    I absolutely love your website! You’ve got some incredible information for new-bee’s (is that a word (smile)) like me.

    However, I’ve gotta a quick question for you. I’ve been in title and escrow most of my adult life. Then I switched over to residential/commercial lending for approximately five years. Well I don’t have to tell you how bad it is for lender’s. Anyways, I decided to try real estate. I’ve got the experience/knowledge for this field, so I’m going to give it a shot.

    Here’s where I need your help.. I have absolutely no idea about “blogging”. I hear it’s a great marketing tool, You’ve mentioned it on your website. Can you recommend some ideas or websites (blogging) for me to get myself out there building prospects?
